At CRBN Pickleball, we stand behind our high-performance gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't elevate your game, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all items in new, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your paddle or gear in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear within 3-5 business days of arrival and issue a refund to your original payment method.
